We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke English, which made communication easy. They even assisted us in purchasing tickets for a popular tourist attraction. The location was convenient, as it was close to the subway and allowed us to easily explore the city's sightseeing places.

The lobby and rooms give the appearance of a luxury hotel. Our housekeeper was very nice but couldn't solve the major problems.

The room stinks of sewer gas from the bathroom. Flushing the drains didn't help. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was hot. The shower sill slopes into the bathroom so the floor floods during showers. These are structural problems the hotels should fix if it wants to attract international guests.

I chose Holiday Inn for its convenient location near the Beijing West Railway Station and Tiananmen Square, as I wanted to explore these iconic landmarks. I was pleasantly surprised by the dramatic glass façade and warm welcome at the hotel. The 24-hour front desk, business center, and complimentary Wi-Fi were additional features that enhanced my stay. Florence Restaurant offered a delightful international buffet and a la carte Italian dishes.

Happy hour definition excluded spirits; a rare occurrence for me.

The hotel I stayed in was a great budget option for my leisure trip. It was located outside of the center of the city, but it was well-connected by public transportation. The subway and bus were both easily accessible. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options including western-style dishes. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities.

Although the hotel was a good value, the quality of the facilities wasn't top-notch. The hotel could use some updates and renovations to improve the quality of the rooms and amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station of Wukesong which makes getting around Beijing really easy. the nearby malls and movie theaters provide excellent entertainment options. Despite being a bit far away, the hotel offers easy access to major sightseeing places like Tiananmen Square. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment. The breakfast offered in the hotel is fresh and varied, including both Western and Chinese dishes.

The lobby bar is slightly overpriced which can make for a less than pleasant experience.
